Mechanisms is now available. We have found the book
available at the following sites. I am unfamiliar with the
eBook market and the two sites linked are from a search.
Perhaps there are others. If anyone finds a link, I will
include it.

The eBook is the identical text to the printed version. It
is not as convenient as the hardcopy book, but it is much
cheaper. Unfortunately, printing is not permitted. If
anyone purchases an eBook and later wishes to purchase the
printed version, I will credit your purchase toward the
